Unused shades in original condition may be returned within 14 days. Open-box and like-new items are sold as described — please read the condition notes and photos before you buy.

Measuring mistakes are the most common return. Use the how-to-measure guide. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless we listed the size incorrectly.

Local pickup orders can usually be walked back to the warehouse by appointment.
